Nestled in the heart of the Finger Lakes & on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, you'll find a perfect retreat to relax & recharge as you enjoy the lake views.

The space.
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home features a large king size bedroom with a walk out to the back patio for ultimate privacy and a second queen bedroom on the first floor. A third queen bedroom in the finished basement also has a sleeper sofa in the living room, a foosball table and lots of extra space for the family to stretch out, play and create memories. A spacious open kitchen welcomes the family to cook, dine in or sit out on the back covered patio and enjoy the beautiful evenings.

The best of both worlds, cross over the road and down the slate steps through the wildflower garden to find your private lake oasis with a large deck, gliders and sun loungers to enjoy the best of Seneca Lake. Swim, fish or kayak (single and double for your use) off the dock or just sit and watch the eagles and osprey play.

This home is just minutes from downtown Geneva, with Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and within 3 miles of several wineries and breweries in both directions as well as some great places to eat. This home is a great place to launch your Seneca Lake Wine or Beer Trail or head out to the many hiking and sightseeing spots nearby including Seneca Lake State Park, Watkins Glen State Park, Watkins Glen International Speedway, Sampson State Park and Taughannock Falls. With all the beauty the region has to offer, there is something for everyone, young and old.
