Seaside at Anastasia Unit A104

This Spanish-themed ground-floor, three bedroom, two bath condo is fully equipped with an exotic granite kitchen (new fridge/freezer), dining room with seating for 6, living room and utility room with full-size washer/dryer. HDTVs are located in the spacious living room, master and queen guest bedrooms for your enjoyment. The condo's private patio overlooks the serene pool and community pond, complete with fountain and walking path. FREE Wifi available in the clubhouse and within the unit!

Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We will send you the information fi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.
