Apartment 1 is on the ground floor of our family home with ground level access to the terrace and garden.
The apartment has a size of about 60 square meters and is ideal for 2 - 4 people

The bedroom has a large double bed and a closet. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, TV (cable), stereo. The separate kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The apartment has a spacious, modern bathroom with a barrier-free walk-in shower.

In our house there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer, which you are welcome to use.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert alles war wie beschrieben! Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ein großes Plus ist das neu renovierte, komplett barrierefreie Badezimmer. Auch der Zutritt für Gehbehinderte wurde vom Gastgeber absolut unkompliziert gelöst. Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem bequemen Bett und sehr bequemer Schlafcouch hat uns die ebenfalls wunderschöne Gartenanlage mit Gartenteich begeistert. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberfamilie war sehr herzlich – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung

Ideal gelegen um verschiedene Orte am Bodensee mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sehr gute Betten, alles tip top sauber und ein phantastischer Garten mit Teich und Ruheoase. Die Wohnungen hat alles an Bequemlichkeiten was man sich nur vorstellen kann (Liegestühle, Auflagen für Terrassenmöbel, Couch...). Auch die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung mit guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit gutem Komfort. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Urlaub Bermatingen

Unser Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung bei Familie Koch hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war schön aufgeteilt und alles sauber. Der Garten war ebenfalls schön anzusehen, einziges Manko war das dieser nicht eingezäunt und ein Teich vorhanden war. Ich kann mich nicht erinnern dies in der Beschreibung gelesen zu haben, vielleicht habe ich es aber auch über lesen. Leider konnte ich die Kids deshalb nie alleine in den Garten lassen. Wenn unsere Kids Mal größer sind, würden wir die Ferienwohnung aber wieder mieten. Der Bahnhof war auch Fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen, sowie Metzger und Bäcker.

Traumwohnung in Traumlage

Sehr gepflegte und top eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Wirtin, nett und herzlich auch in Zeiten von Corona. Hygiene war mehr als Standard, wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war einer unserer schönsten!
