About this property

Koch 2-room vacation apartment No. 1, shower/toilet, 60 m², first floor - Haus Koch

Here you’ll find a tastefully furnished ground-floor holiday rental. The holiday apartment is 60 square metres and features a bedroom (double bed), a living room (with a 2x2-metre sofa bed), a kitchen, and a spacious, modern bathroom with a wheelchair-accessible walk-in shower. Spacious terrace overlooking the private garden. Please note that the apartment is available only to holiday guests.

Our house is located in a beautiful, quiet, southwestern residential area on the outskirts of town (yet still close to the town centre, about 1 km away), not far from vineyards and fields. Our guests stay in two tastefully furnished holiday apartments on the ground floor.

Bermatingen is an ideal starting point for excursions to attractions throughout the international Lake Constance region. The town has a train connection to the Bodenseegürtelbahn and various bus routes.

Please note that pets are only allowed after prior consultation with the host and only in the larger two-room apartment, and that our house is available exclusively to holiday guests.
We ask that payment be made in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Sicher nicht für 4 Personen

Souterrain Wohnung. Das einzig Schöne war das neue Badezimmer und der Garten. Alles andere zusammengewürfelte Möbel. Einrichtung lieblos. Küche aus den Siebzigerjahren. Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Zu teuer für das, was es ist.
