This centrally located, corner lot home sits in the heart of one of South Lake Tahoe's most desirable neighborhoods (Bijou). Just a stone's throw from the beach, library, and ice skating rink, this home has been lovingly cared for and offers enough space for everyone! Three bedrooms and three full baths, plus a bonus room currently used as a game room or ski gear storage area. Large corner lot with fenced hot tub for privacy. The lake is 3 minutes away and the slopes are 5 minutes away. Walk to Safeway and local bars and restaurants. Finally the area is very quiet, mostly locals living there, walking dogs and waving hi, and no drive through traffic. So very good for families or couples looking for more privacy and a local vibe from an established neighborhood. New carpet, flooring, interior paint throughout, and brand new LG washer and dryer. Snow removal included for winter season. Tesla charger on site and usage included with your stay. One dog welcome.
