This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom newly decorated cottage was inspired with coastal beach living in mind. Get away to your beautiful oceanfront retreat that has everything you are looking for in a relaxing and inviting vacation getaway with your family and friends. This cottage is equipped with top-of-the-line Bosch kitchen appliances, a Keurig Duo coffee maker for single cups and/or carafe brewed coffee, single-level granite countertops with bar seating for four, and a large dining room table that seats six comfortably. The living room has two catnapper swivel/recliners for relaxing after a long day exploring the island or at the beach, as well as a large sofa to relax and unwind or watch the large screen TV with a Sonos sound bar mounted above the beautiful granite surround gas fireplace. The master bedroom with private access to the fully screened-in porch, is located on the first floor just off the living room which provides a comfortable plush king-size bed with two nightstands, a dresser, large screen TV, a sitting chair, and full ensuite bathroom with large walk-in closet, twin sinks, and large tiled shower. As you come up to the second floor you are greeted by a sitting area to just relax, play games, or read a book. The second floor offers two large queen size bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, large walk-in closets, dressers, nightstands, and large screen TVs, with both rooms having private access to the oversized, newly screened-in porch. The full-size Whirlpool washer and dryer are located on the first floor just off the kitchen and across from the half bath with a pedestal sink. if you would like to relax or socialize outdoors and take in the natural beauty, sounds, and warm ocean breezes off the Atlantic Ocean, take advantage of the two large, fully screened-in and furnished porches with ceiling fans. This cottage also offers excellent outdoor entertaining on the oceanside paver patio with a table for four, lounging chairs, Weber BBQ grill, play a round or two of cornhole (provided) or just sit on the front porch in the comfortable Adirondack chairs and watch the world go by in this peaceful, safe and serene community.
This unique and relaxing Cottage includes the full use of The Cottages at Jekyll Island Million Dollar amenities which include key fobbed access to the Private Clubhouse, zero entry pool and fitness center, beach deck, beach access, and community fire pit.
**Important:** To access the golf cart, complete the cart use agreement sent via email 10 days before arrival.
BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
