A gated complex with a spacious and well equipped accommodation. Shopping, groceries and fast food options all within walking distance. Three miles from Madeira beach and the Pinellas Trail is a block away. Heated pool is very comfortable and propane grills are provided. There is a fire station down the road so you might hear occasional sirens.

The owner was very responsive to all the questions/concerns we had. Two things that I recommend getting for the condo, a toaster and a Keurig type of coffee maker. Also maybe some newer pots and pans.
