Wedding Weekend “Castle”

Our family stayed 4 days at your property for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Our grandchildren immediately began calling the house our “castle”. The title fits the property perfectly. It was beautifully decorated, roomy enough for our large family and so well kept with beautiful outdoor areas for visiting or just enjoying the Spring weather. We all felt like royalty. The only issue we had was slow WiFi/Internet connection. We will definitely consider your place again when visiting in Memphis.

Very comfortable and close to mid-town Memphis

We had a family/friend gathering of 14 adults and teenagers/children. I don’t believe that the listing said that it’s actually two separate living areas. The coffee maker was broken. There was PLENTY of fridge space with the multiple refrigerators. We had a wonderful time. I’m not sure if the outside area was treated with bug/mosquito repellent, but that would be nice because we got ATE up! May just be the time of year for that though. Overall we had a great time.

Hi Delbert, Thank you again for staying with us. We apologize if there was any confusion with our listing. We titled the listing Historic Midtown Chateau + GUEST HOUSE to imply that there are two living areas, the second being the GUEST HOUSE side. Again, sorry if this was missed during your review of our listing. We were unaware the coffee maker was not working during your stay and would have certainly provided you with a replacement had we known and have since replaced the coffee maker. Sorry for this inconvenience. Lastly, mosquitos are an unfortunate nuisance in Memphis during the summer. We have our yard sprayed regularly, but it's nearly impossible to exterminate them completely. In addition, we provide our guests mosquito spray which hopefully you found helpful. We truly strive for a 5 star experience for every stay and encourage our guests to communicate any issues they have during their stay so we have the opportunity to correct the problem. In the future, we hope you provide us and other hosts with this courtesy, so we can try our best to earn 5 star reviews. Take care - Andrea and Tres
