We were super impressed with this VRBO! It was perfect for our family. We loved the openness of the main floor and all the rooms were a great size especially the Master bedroom. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
We loved the home. The location is perfect. It is so close to most South Lake Tahoe must-see locations. It has an open concept which makes it ideal for a family with little kiddos. The house is beautiful, and unlike other cabins we have stayed in, the backyard is well-kept.
Loves the location and layout of house. Hot tub wonderful. Great parking garage. My only problem was the furniture and bed was soooo low. I’ve had knee replacements a few months ago- very difficult to get out of the bed and off the couch. That’s just me. And my other 60 year old guest!!
We stayed here with our 3 children (ages 2-14), my parents, and our mini poodle, to celebrate our little guy turning 6. He wanted snow for his bday and boy he sure got it here this stay! House was perfect, extremely comfortable, and my cleanliness standards are quite high, this house lived up to them! Well stocked kitchen, nice layout, huge front windows to take in the view, and a generous sized garage to unload vehicles and load kids up comfortably away from the elements! Wonderful fenced back yard so the kids could safely play in the snow as long as they wanted. The cars do travel at a higher speed in front of the house since its on a main road, so we were very grateful for the large fenced yard because of that!
We would definitely stay here again =)

Sub par cleanliness of property
Cleanliness of property was not up to par with price or fees. Tried communicating and sent pictures. No progress on a small refund for lack of cleanliness. Once you get the $ it's hard to give any back. Doing the right thing is always the right thing. Maybe next time?

I'm sorry for the cleaning issues and miscommunication Oscar. You mentioned and shared some dust on the top of a couple fans the team missed, and we underestimated the issue. Our apologizes. We will be in touch to make right. Thanks for the feedback.

Just an “okay home”
We booked this rental for a 5 night, 6 day stay. After looking at the pictures and reading other reviews, we decided to give it a go. The location was a little far from the strip, but we knew that upon booking. The neigborhood was beautiful! The outside of the house was nice and the hottub was nice and clean.
I have to say, the overall house was just okay. Throughout the whole house is shaggy carpet, which was dusty. Everything looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months! I dusted everything, which had about an inch of dust on it- ie shelves, pictures, blinds, & the fans. The BBQ outside was absolutely disgusting and we had to thoroughly clean it just to use it, since we were going to use it a lot. Overall, this was a nice house, but just an “okay” nothing special house and had it been cleaner upon arrival, I would have given it a better rating.

I'm glad you enjoyed the hot tub, neighborhood, and property Sarah. The home is 5.5 miles, which is about 10 minutes form Heavenly Village / the casinos.
I apologize for the issues with the dust and bbq. Our team typically does a pretty good job cleaning as well as replacing air filters regularly to help with the heavier dust up here, but it sounds like they made some errors. I let them know already and am also making sure the carpets are being cleaned per the regular schedule. Thank you again for stying and the feedback.
The perfect fit for our family and located in the right spot for what we planned to do. Spectacular mountain views! Very nice to be able to park inside the garage during snow. Beds were comfortable. I recommend buying your own paper towels for the kitchen, the ones provided are very cheap and awful, we actually joked about them during our stay every time someone used one. There was a small travel sized liquid dish soap but if you're staying longer than a couple days, I'd purchase more. Laundry room had some soap which I was a nice surprise and we left some that we brought as well. The only complaint is that the response time from the property manager was slow! It would often take several hours to hear back from them via message. They said they were very busy which caused delays in response times, but it would often take 6-8 hours to hear back from each message which was disappointing. Otherwise, amazing stay and we'll be back!

Thank you for staying with us Alyssa! I'll look into the paper towels, as they are usually a decent quality. Also, the best way to connect with us is via our local on-call team (number provided with checkin information and on the fridge). They are here for quick response, 24/7. We are a little slower to respond to VRBO messages sometimes, especially after hours. Thank you again for staying with us and for the feedback.
