Located right in downtown Kingfield, this cozy 1 bedroom, top floor unit provides a comfortable escape as well as easy access to in-town amenities. The heart of the Western Maine Mountains: offering Skiing, Snowmobiling, Mountain Biking, Trail running, Hiking, Kayaking and so much more..if you're into healthy lifestyle and outdoor activity this is the place to be! Easy walk to local restaurants and shops and 20 minutes from Sugarloaf.
The space
Enjoy the treehouse feel of this top floor unit from the covered porch that overlooks the Carrabassett River and the Kingfield Dam. This small unit has everything you need away from home. The bedroom contains a spacious king size bed and convenient washer/dryer. The living room has a 50" TV with Roku streaming. There is a fully stocked kitchen and coffee station with light, medium, and dark roast coffee. In the bathroom, you'll find slate floors and a tiled tub-shower.

This is a 3 unit property. Guests will have access to the porches/ stair set and the 3rd floor unit. Guests will have a designated parking spot.
Other things to note
Please keep in mind that this is a small efficiency unit located on the third level. The only access is 2 flights of stairs. And while we have packed it with all the amenities, it is a small space!
