This studio condo features spectacular SUGARLOAF VIEWS. Located right at the mid-station for the SNUBBER LIFT. Ski in, ski out. Zip in during the day for snack, lunch.... another layer of undies, or, OOPs, that credit card that you forgot! From the windows and deck, watch the groomers all night for the right trails to ski the next morning! A SOUTHEREN exposure warms the deck all day so that you can catch up on that book, or feel comfortable leaving behind the non-skier in your group. The SUGARLOAF Health and Fitness Club is across the street for snacks, WI-FI, swimming, massage, exercise, manicure, hair appointments, and additional hot tubs.
Summer & Fall foliage visitors will enjoy an amazing array of activities from GOLF, ZIP-Line, Segway Rental’s, Scenic Lift Rides, Mountain Biking, white water rafting, fishing, hiking, Maine Huts & Trails, (The APPALACHIAN TRAIL is near by), or just relaxing in the mountains of Maine.

We've been "Sugarloafers" for many years and raised a family of skiers. We've down-sized to this Awesome location and want to share it with others for an economical cost!

This location can't be beat! Great SUGARLOAF views, right at the lift, walk, or shuttle to all the amenities. It's an afternoon drive from Southern Maine and the Boston area. Whether you ski, or not, you are in the middle of it all!
