Pristine Update!

This fresh ranch renovation is very well done. The quality materials, airy neutral palette, well thought out layout, lovely outdoor paver terrace and pool, and well equipped kitchen adds up to lovely home that works well. Great location, minutes from beach and restaurants.

Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time at this property. It really came with everything you could ask for, plus some extras! The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The area was very beautiful, close to the beach and not far from other island attractions. And even better, it was very quiet and private and not run over by other tourists. The pool was great! The rooms were comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! We highly recommend this property!

Enjoyed our two months on Longboat Key.

A very nice home with convenient access to the beach. The house is nicely designed with master suite at one end and guest quarters at the other. The kitchen is very well equipped. We enjoyed many meals in the outside dining area by the pool. We found the unheated pool quite chilly in February but heated up a bit in March. The beach was uncrowned and great for walking. The homeowner was very responsive. We had a great time and would recommend this home.
