Why they chose this property
Our family has enjoyed the gulf beaches for many years now. From Clearwater to Ft Myers. We love this home in longboat key for its proximity to the white sand beach and crystal blue water! We can access Anna Maria in a short ride or drive south to St Armand’s circle. But returning “home” to this sleepy lagoon and quiet neighborhood after a day at the beach warms our souls!
What makes this property unique
Norton Place in Sleepy Lagoon is a quiet retreat. You'll have all the gulf waters have to offer and the privacy of your own home. Plenty of beds and baths for guests, cool pool on the first level with an elevated hot tub on the main level.
