Nice clean House priced right!

This is a good value and very clean house complete with everything you need. It was on a very busy main road with lots of noisy cars and motorcycles speeding by in the evenings, but overall that was not as big an issue as we thought it would be. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent it again, especially considering the great price.

White Elephant House

It was a little more urban than we are used to, but it was close to quite a few restaurants and several shopping centers and a number of golf courses

Just as described

The house was just as described and was in a great location for our stay. There were comments about it being on a busy street and being hard to get in and out, but we did not have any issues. It may be a seasonal thing though. Host was very responsive and was an enjoyable stay.

Weekend Getaway

The house inside was very clean. A little bit of an ant issued but not oo bad and the house is on a VERY busy road. Outside of house needs some attention but overall the house was OK.

This is a very nice place, nicely decorated, very clean, very nice accommodation's. The driveway access off the main road is the biggest challenge.

Great get away!

Our stay was great! We are from St Augustine and came for a week with family from Germany to visit Weeki Wachee and Homosassa. This house is in the perfect place for doing that. The busy road was a challenge but the host is up front with that and we learned quickly how to navigate coming in and going out. All in all, we were happy with out stay and the host was very quick to respond with any requests.

Noisy beyond yourimmagination

Nice house but poor location. The house has single pane windows did not block any sound from the street which is 4 lanes and a lot of drag racing on the street. No sleep at all. The house was very nice with great furniture and decor. A lot of shopping and places to eat close by.

Good overall experience

We went to spring Hill Florida to bowl a tournament. This home was in a convenient location close to everything. The house was clean. The house has updated bathrooms and kitchen. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. The only drawback to this home is the driveway has a big dip in it. So a low car would have a hard time parking in the driveway. Also, the traffic noise at night is loud. Are overall experience was good and we would stay here again.

On a very loud and busy street

I read the reviews that this was on a busy street. The property had ants in the master bathroom. The property manager had scheduled a pest treatment a couple of days after we arrived. I didn’t want them to come in and spray with my dogs. By the end of our 2 week spray the ants were horrible. I did go and buy some raid which killed them. In my opinion the pest control should have been set up before we arrived.

Spotless, well laid-out home

The house is nicely laid out - large common area with primary bedroom (with bathroom) at one end and the two other bedrooms and a second full bath at the other end; kitchen small but fine for our purposes. House is on a busy thoroughfare, so there is traffic noise, even at night, but it’s conveniently located, with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc., only a few minutes away. There is a substantial dip in the driveway, so one must take care when pulling in; at host’s suggestion, we drove over the lawn to the side street when leaving. The place was spotlessly clean, and the host was very responsive to all communications from us.

Great for Us

We liked that our cats could be with us. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. The only issue was the road noise, we live in a rural area. We are not use hearing local traffic, we were able to resolve the issue with some ear plugs, and slept well.
