Please make sure ALL trash is bagged and tied before placing in outside bins. Our trash service will not collect loose trash from cans and an extra fee will be charged if our cleaning service has to.
Please set thermostat to 75 in summer and 68 in winter upon leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
