Family Fun in Colorado Springs

Our extended family of 13 had a wonderful time staying in the Luxury Farmhouse! The property provided ample bedrooms and bathrooms to meet the needs of our large group. We also enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table in the basement. The house had excellent views, but was also ten minutes from several restaurants and a grocery store. I would definitely recommend this rental property to others for travel to the Colorado Springs area. So many wonderful memories made!

We probably should have stayed closer to activities but all in all a beautiful home and great place to call home for a few days!We got to experience wind and a March blizzard! Our family took tremendous pride in building this home ourselves. Once our youngest was out of high school she headed off to college and our oldest finished college and headed off to work, we embraced an opportunity, packed our bags and moved to Hawaii. We are working here for a few short years but want to return to our Colorado home someday. In the meanwhile, we are excited to share our little slice of heaven with you. We know you will find it tremendously comfortable and full of enjoyable upgrades around every corner. Come check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

Why they chose this property

Our home has been the source of love and laughter for many years. We picked this lot over a decade ago because we were looking for horse property for our kids. With over 5 acre lots, each home offers privacy and serenity of country living. Years ago, we were far away from almost everything, but now new restaurants, bars, entertainment, grocery stores, and boutiques are being built so fast it is hard to keep up with all the options a short distance away. Northgate area offers tons of fun with the new Ford Amphitheater concert venue just down the road from us but far away, so you won’t hear the music, keeping you awake at night. In the exact location, you can play Top Golf, Indoor Sky Diving, Indoor Go Carts, Magnum Shooting Range, and shop for hours at ProBass.

What makes this property unique

Our property is perfect for entertaining the young and the young at heart! With tons of room and space inside and out, you never have an excuse to be bored unless that is your goal. With three levels inside and 5 acres of outdoor fun, you can find privacy while others laugh and play elsewhere. You can send the kids to play basketball, bocce ball, corn hole, and toss around the football. If we get some Colorado Snow, you can even sled down a crazy fast sledding hill in the backyard. If they want to stay inside, there is a vast selection of adult and children's books and games. The downstairs is a joy for all! Find a massive home theater screen and outstanding surround sound for your favorite movies, or bring out your competitive side with an 8’ pool table and Ping Pong.
