This renovated Patrician Shores cottage is just a short walk to the Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront and offers a beautiful private neighborhood beach with over 400 feet of frontage. The neighborhood has tennis and basketball courts, and a launch for kayaks and canoes. There is a day dock available to the neighborhood guests and renters for temporary docking up to 4 hours. Great for boating and lunch breaks and passenger pick-ups/drop-offs.

The well-maintained cottage boasts three bedrooms, a bathroom, a loft, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It's the perfect place to return home to after a fun day on the water. The cottage also includes a gas grill, firepit, tetherball and multiple patio sitting areas for enjoying the warm summer evenings after a day at the beach or out on the lake.

This lovely space is designed for family fun and bonding but also offers great access to nearby activities. Conveniently located between quaint Centre Harbor Village and Meredith Village, you are close to restaurants, shops, and art galleries. Spend your sun-filled days at the beach, on the lake, or on a hike and let star-filled nights slip by as you toast marshmallows by the fire.

Family Reunion in Meredith

This house was perfect for 2 families to stay while in town for a reunion on the Mount Washington. Well appointed, beautiful gardens with patio and a fire pit. Only disappointment was house's distance from the community beach but we made do! Would definitely stay there again.

Happy heart

I currently live and am raising a family in Pennsylvania. I grew up in Sandwich. Being able to share a piece of my childhood and see my family fall in love with the area brings me so much peace and happiness. I will be booking year after year for as long as I possibly can. Thank you for opening your home and sharing such a beautiful place with myself and family. Beautiful appointed home near a private lake beach

This is a great find. It has plenty of room for the 8 people it allows while feeling spacious. It has three bedrooms plus a loft bed that we didn’t even use because it’s only accessible by a ladder. No air conditioning but all of the bedrooms had fans so it wasn’t a problem. Then there’s the remodeled garage that has a pull out couch and that’s like a whole separate room that is cooler than the rest of the house. There are books in multiple rooms we enjoyed reading and games in a closet. Plenty of clean towels and bedding in every bedroom. We very much enjoyed our stay here. There’s lots of seating and places in the house to lounge and outside has a great front porch to sun on and there’s chairs and seating in the back where it’s mostly all in the shade next to the creek so bring bug spray. Easy walk to the private beach with crystal clear water! We hope to be back!
