This was a great trip and the accommodations added to that! Only thing I would add in the smaller bedrooms would be room darkening shades/drapes as the outside lights made it a little difficult to sleep, but solved the problem with a few big black trash bags-peaceful sleep. Thanks for a great stay

Property was clean and appeared recently redecorated. Ease of electronics and kitchen appliances was excellent. Very happy with experience. Loved the beach, ease of going downtown. Will be back. Would suggest upstairs unit could use some rubber wooden chair leg protectors.

We have stayed at this property before and love the location. Couldn’t be better. But THIS villa # 120 we stayed at this time was exceptional. Very clean well stocked and beautifully decorated. Kitchen stocked and even balcony furniture was comfortable and new. Good location to pool and beach access. Highly recommend this villa. Thank you to the owners for sharing it with us.

Overall a great experience, and would rebook. The location can't be beat. It is close to the beach and main street of Folly. You can walk to both. The condo itself is well decorated and updated. The furnishings were nice. We had a minor issue when we arrived but the management company quickly addressed this for us and were easy to contact. Check in and check out was smooth. Main essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags etc were provided but if staying for more than a few days you will need to have your own backups! The beach views and balcony was as good as it gets for SC! It was our favorite spot in the whole place! I hate even mentioning it, as this is not on the condo owners at all, but the facility itself is a bit older. They were having, and appeared to have been having, issues with the elevator closest to this unit so we frequently had to use the stairs. Fortunately the condo is only on the first floor so it was good exercise!

Mother’s Day

What a beautiful, clean, cozy, oceanfront condo to spend an awesome Mother’s Day weekend with my adult kids. The beds were comfortable, linens were nice and well stocked and the kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was huge with multiple seating options for the best views of the shore. We saw dolphins every day which was a treat. I would definitely stay here again.

So nice!

I LOVED that the owners labelled the light switches. I know it seems like a small thing but having posted directions makes things easier! Very clean, convenient, pleasant!
