MAIN AND UPPER LEVEL ENTRY OPTIONS 1. From the lobby, walk to Door #1. 2. Open the outer door, then press your entry code on the inner door. OR, from the lobby, walk up the stairs to Door #1 for direct access to the upper level.
ACCESSING THE UPPER LEVEL VIA SECOND ENTRANCE (from inside the home)
Inside the kitchen, you'll find a staircase leading to the upper level of the duplex. Alternatively, guests can use the second entrance by entering through the lobby, walking up the stairs, turning right, and continuing down the hall to Door #1.
Enjoy easy self-check-in for a smooth arrival. While we won’t greet you in person, we’re always nearby and reachable by phone, text, or email. Your comfort is our priority.
PARKING INFORMATION
Guests enjoy 2 hours of FREE on-street parking. After that, we recommend using the nearby public paid garage, as the Police actively ticket and tow is common. Planning will help ensure a smooth and stress-free stay!

This is a great location for families wanting to explore DC! The home is beautifully updated while maintaining the historic character of the home. It was a very comfortable place for our family of five. We felt that the location (a short 5-7 minute walk from the Columbia Heights Metro station) gave us a quieter place to retreat after lots of walking and sightseeing downtown. Nearby are many restaurants and shops, including a Target for any forgotten necessities. This was a great find!

The property is in a great location in regards to proximity to sights. It was also a plus to have a grocery store and parking garage the next street over. The place was overall very clean and tidy but had a couple oversights when cleaning.
The property was just what we wanted - a nice space conveniently located close to metro and dining. It was roomy enough for the family and had all the amenities that we needed.
This property was perfect for our short stay!
The location was easy to navigate and close to stores, restaurants, and metro line. Beds were so comfy and clean.
The property was a quirky layout, but it worked for our stay. The location is good with stores and restaurants within a few a few block walk. Although we used Uber the metro is close. We would use this property on our next visit. Thanks for a good stay
We appreciated the ease of checkin in and the character of the old building. Also ate at 2 nearby yummy restaurants! The grocery store and metro station are close and very convenient.
The property was in a great location. Property owner allowed us to leave our luggage there before checkin which allowed us to spend most of the day sightseeing luggage free. Other than the kitchen, there wasn’t a room that allowed all of us to hang out. As we mainly just slept there, it worked out fine.
My family stayed here for our first trip to dc. It was a great location, convient to metro, grocery and restaurants. Communicatuon with owner was easy. Neighborhood was quiet.
We arrived a little ahead of schedule, texted property manager and they stated we can get in then. Close to grocery store and target, and some fast food places (all walking distance). The parking garage they suggested that we use was very easy from start to finish (booking the dates and paying online to checking out with the booth at the garage).One thing the picture (description) doesn't state the den/bunk bed room it's in the queen bedroom upstairs.
Great place with the essentials. Right off the Metro and within walking distance of several grocery stores. We parked our car in the park lot recommended with no issues. The kitchen had everything to cook a meal. Also very affordable. If we go back, would stay there again.
Excellent location in regards to Grocery and Short walk with Easy Access to Public Transportation. Quiet / Safe Neighborhood. Property does require some minimum updates and or maintenance that does not directly effect the ability to have a pleasant stay.
The place is exactly as described. Very clean, with comfortable beds. We had trouble with the key pad upon arrival. I had to contact the owner directly because the property manager wasn't answering. Owner figured out the issue for us. Turns out that the instructions that were e-mailed to us were missing a key piece (the instructions that were provided in the guest-book in the unity were much clearer). We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the metro station. Very diverse neighborhood. Parking was nearby in a garage above the supermarket, super easy walk.
