Conner Estate was built in 1894 during the 25 year anniversary of The Great Auditorium. It was the summer estate of W.J. Conner, esq., a prominent attorney, influential in Ocean Grove's formative years. Beyond its history, our home offers you amenities like none other in Ocean Grove and is perfect for celebrations, vacations or getaways!
Uniquely located on the corner of majestic Ocean Pathway and Central Ave, you're steps from the beach and the shops of Ocean Grove, yet you'll enjoy privacy, surrounded by open spaces on all sides! Relax and swing on the wrap-around porch, taking in the ocean views and breeze. The rear yard is your own personal oasis with complete privacy. There's a gas bbq for the grill-master, outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach and a beautiful garden area completing this tranquil space, perfect for relaxation, al-fresco dining and elevated outdoor entertaining.
Indoors you'll appreciate the charm of this lovingly restored historic Victorian estate, large enough for a vacation with extended family and friends, yet intimate enough for a comfy get-away for two! Modern amenities include a full eat-in kitchen with 6 burner designer Bertazzoni range (for the chefs in your group), full-size fridge and butler's pantry stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy cooking or dining in. Enjoy the gas fireplaces in the living room and dining room, perfect for cool evenings and winter getaways.
