Great Vacation Home for Multiple Families

Not just a summer vacation home!
Need a place for a family reunion? We rent our adjacent home during July and August, allowing you the opportunity to extend to your entire family. (VRBO Listing 831806)
Attending a wedding at the shore? We rent our home offseason for shorter stays (review House Rules prior to requesting booking to confirm off-season stay exceptions).

Great homes to share time with extended family and friends. This home sits back off the street offering privacy with a large driveway to park your cars.

Everything you need, as if you were at home. All you need are your personal items. Our home is newly furnished offering large living room with a gas fireplace, dining room/kitchen with seating for 10 people, kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, quiet front sitting room to sit and read, 5 fully furnished bedrooms for family and friends to visit and spend quality time together.

Coming off the beach and need a quick shower to get the sand off, step into a large outside shower.

Sit on the front porch reading a book or take a nap while you wait for family and friends to arrive. The front room, is a quiet room next to you pass by a full bathroom for guests. The main living space has large windows allowing plenty of sun. The open kitchen allows you to cook while continuing to converse with company. The large TV lets everyone see throughout the kitchen, dining and living area. Off the back living space leads you through a sliding door to a private patio area to grill and entertain.

On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom suite with a rainfall shower in the master bath, a large bedroom with a queen bed and a small bedroom. Additionally, on the second floor, is the third full bath with a tub. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor so you can quickly clean towels for fresh use.

On the third floor, you will find two additional bedrooms with queen and full-size beds. Great place for the kids to stay and bring their friends. Both rooms offer darkening shades to keep the bright sun out early in the morning.

For your convenience, we offer 4 beach badges and chairs, located in the garage where you can store your bicycles.

Beautiful house with everything you need for a fantastic beach vacay! Plenty of room and well stocked for a large family to enjoy. Plenty of space to spread out my and nice patio off the kitchen. Great location for a beach wedding

We stayed here for a family wedding at the beach and the location was great. Easy to get to the beach, comfortable house, plenty of amenities and space, and the owners were very responsive. Really good home for families. Quiet neighborhood too.

Absolutely perfect!

Stayed for a long weekend with girlfriends for our 40th HS reunion. House was perfect! We each had our own bedroom, and the spacious kitchen/living area and back patio were amazing gathering spots. The location is ideal - a quick walk to Main Street and to the beach. The hosts are amazing communicators and extremely accommodating! Highly recommend!

The house is clean, comfortable and fully furnished/equipped. Kim and Mike were extremely accessible and responsive, from booking to departure, and wonderful in accommodating a few extra requests. While we were there in November for an event, this house and location [included off-street parking, which is at a premium in season] would be super for a family summer vacation in Belmar -- which has been my favorite "down the shore" town for the past 60 years.

Great spot for families with small kids!

Beautiful house in good location and well appointed. Kim and Mike are great hosts and are super responsive. The house has two pack and plays and two highchairs. The primary bedroom has a large walk in closet and was a perfect little extra "room" for our daughter in the crib. There is a great playground a block away and a straight shot walk to the beach. Very close to main street and some markets and restaurants. Everything is comfortable and little backyard area is private. It is a great place to stay!

Lovely Home

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. Kim and Mike provided great communication and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was clean and met all of our expectations. We especially enjoyed the open concept between the kitchen, dining area and family room. The gas fireplace was used and enjoyed especially with temps outside at 7 degrees. It added an extra layer of comfort.

Perfect Beach House

My family and I have been coming to the Jersey shore for 20 years. (I am originally from this area)This was the best beach house we’ve rented by far. It was spacious, comfortable, beautiful, and very clean. It was ideal for our family of 6 and extended visiting family. It was also walking distance to the beach which was an added bonus! Great house—walk to beach

We had a great stay at Kim & Mike’s house for a week at the beach in celebration of my mom’s milestone birthday. The house was great—clean, recently updated, plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen that made cooking easy (which definitely is not always the case in a beach house)! We also enjoyed meals on the patio and food on the grill. The walk to the beach was just over half a mile, which we did most days, no problem (although the kids sometimes took a wagon ride there). 4 beach badges included made the beach more reasonable. Was a great stay and would definitely stay there again!

We are local to New Jersey and enjoy the New Jersey Beaches. Having a history enjoying summers in the Belmar area has brought us back, wanting to share the experience. We chose Lake Como because of the ability to be able to walk everywhere; beach, dinning, shopping, and festivals offered in town. If we do not want to walk the area is flat making a bicycle ride a lot of fun.
