The dock area has tons of room to relax and kick back by the water and tie up your boat.House is equipped with an upper and lower living room to enjoy the view from every direction. Full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary appliances and equipment. Upper level also has a bedroom with a queen bed and a fully renovated full bath. Lower level has a bedroom withqueen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. Why they chose this property

We love the small quiet community of Port Bay. It's our home away from how. The Bird's Nest is our second rental home in this area. We love introducing people to this beautiful area of Upstate NY. The water views are exceptional. Located in close proximity to Sodus Bay and Lake Ontario, Chimney Bluff, Colloca Winery and the Finger Lakes area. This home is a great place for a relaxing getting in both Winter or summer. In the summer months the water side area is great for entertaining, fishing, or relaxing the day away. In the winter months this home is so close to many snowmobile trails and ice fishing but provides a cozy home to come back to. We know you will enjoy your stay at The Bird's Nest on Port Bay
