This small studio apartment is a ground level, private, very clean, in a great neighborhood. Efficiency apartment is located underneath large pier house. Parking spot included. Full bathroom, but small efficiency kitchen does not include kitchen sink or stove. Kitchen does include a full-size refrigerator and microwave oven. Includes Wi-Fi, cable, large television and queen size pullout couch. Perfect for single or couple.
