Also have an on-site handy man/maintenance who uses front door to basement apartment and is available to assist with any questions, issues.

Perfect Location!

This house is located perfectly for access to the Metro Rail and our other activities, including the Montgomery County Agricultural Fair. We enjoyed the den off the kitchen the most for our evening conversations. Having laundry on-site is a big plus.

I did not actually stay there

I never really stayed there as the property was not ready, plus it was not as advertised as there was another individual staying in the basement, the landlord agreed to refund if I am not happy, and since I did not take up the occupancy I find it difficult to review the "stay."
