We are wintering in Yuma in our RV and our kids and grandkids wanted to come for Christmas. This house was perfect! There was plenty of room and, of course, the pool was delightful. Paul was very responsive when we had questions.
The house is beautiful, they have everything you need even spices, you just need your food. I would suggest that the owner create a manual for guests to follow with regards to things the house offers.

Thank you for your feedback. really Did not have any conversations with guests so un sure why this is a 3 out of 5. There are clear house directions.
We were visiting Yuma for the baptism of our grandson. I looked for a place for the rest of my family to be able to stay. This place was wonderful. Not only was it only a couple of blocks from my daughter, it was large enough for my two grown sons and my sister to join us. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to get as well. Surprisingly the pool was refreshing, not hot. I would definitely stay here again.
This House was clean and beautiful, the owner was very nice to work with. I am only putting this out there for future renters - there is a sewer lift station directly behind the pool fence. The odor was really bad - so swimming and cooking on the bbq was not an option. I think this only happens from time to time, but it was very smelly during our stay.

Just to be clear, there was an issue during Chris's stay with the neighborhood station. This is a neghborhood issue not related to the house directly,
My wife and I were looking for a spring break getaway where there were a lot of outdoor activities and not a lot of crowds and Yuma/Fortuna Foothills was the perfect location and this house was the perfect home base. This is one of the top Vrbo homes we've rented. The home is clean, well appointed and the patio/pool area is awesome; We could have just hung around the house all week. We did a lot of home cooking and the kitchen had more than enough of everything we needed. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and friendly. When we spent time laying around the pool we had more than enough privacy. The location is also great for pretty much everything you'd want to do. Downtown Yuma is a 15+ minute drive and you only have to go about 2 miles to go hiking in the footlhills, which is very cool. We didn't do any river activities or golf but that is all near by as well. The owner, Paul, was very responsive and helpful when we had questions or needed suggestions of things to do in the area and checking in and out was incredibly easy. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the area.
When we arrived, we were pleased to see the overall condition of the property looked nice. Upon inspection of the pool area we had a different time with the directions left by homeowner to get the lights for pool and spa to work and the heater to run. The property owner was very slow to respond. It took a couple days to get it running.the daylight is what brought to light the unfortunate reality of this property. It is located right next to a sewage treatment facility. The smell combined with the Arizona heat made spending time by the pool impossible. The shower in the second bathroom did not produce hot water, so my daughter had to use the one for the master bedroom. For the price we definitely could have done much better

This is unfortunate, I have not had any other problems with guests. using provided directions. Responses were timely (over 30 texts back and forth with resolution) . Do not have issues with pool or Spa operations or lights , there are clear directions. Also There is no issue with hot water in other bathroom. Arizona neighborhoods do have sporadic issues with heat and sewage stations, But This is a neghborhood issue not related to the house directly,
