We had a great stay and loved the home! Appreciated the little things like the house water filtration and the comforters on the beds! It was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thank you!

This was a beautiful condo. The decor was modern and very complementary to the overall feel of the home. The unit had everything you needed and any issues were addressed promptly. I would definitely stay in this condo again.

I was so happy with this rental. The host communicated and helped us to feel welcomed. The house was fantastic. Our family enjoyed the pool table and the open space. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Only thing missing was kleenex! The location is in a great area and not to far from Albuquerque fun! Will definitely rent here again!

This property was dirty. There was broken glass all over the living room area, the floors were dirty, the shower curtain and liner was filthy, the stove and oven were covered in grease, light fixtures were dirty, drawers and cupboards were dirty, there was pet hair on the couch cushions (they had been turned upside down to conceal it), windows were dirty, the washer and dryer were dirty - the washer smelled because the rubber seal hadn't been cleaned, the garage was filthy, etc., etc. This rental obviously never gets a deep cleaning. The dishwasher was broke (we were informed of this the day we arrived). The lighting in many areas is poor and several light bulbs are burned out. One morning we didn't have even enough water pressure for a shower - turns out the water softener (which tried to regenerate during the night) was clogged. It seems to have never had salt in it and was disgusting inside the tank - must have been why the water smelled a little. We had to bypass the water softener to get pressure back. The water softener is probably un-repairable. This rental is poorly maintained and poorly cleaned. We rented it because it had a 9.6 rating. Not sure how this is possible. I would never stay here again.

Celebrating a Big Birthday in ABQ

Fabulous property. Our son turned 21 and the family traveled to Albuquerque to celebrate his big day! There were four of us and we needed a place to accommodate everyone. This home was perfectly decorated and it had a pool table in the great room that created some great memories. The backyard and rooftop lounge were perfect for morning coffees and sunset cocktails. It was pretty cool looking at the Netflix studio lot across the street. The area was hip, safe and it even had a little market for basics like milk, snacks and wine. We will be back and we highly recommend ths property.

Make sure the lights work

The house itself was in good condition, but the lights in the main bedroom, restroom, closet and laundry area didn’t work. The breaker kept popping. We contacted the rep but didn’t receive a response until the next day and the staff was unavailable to repair until we departed. We were offered a $50 refund, I don’t think that is sufficient for guests having to shower in the dark and not being able to fully utilize the area. Also, the landscaping needed to be tended to, there were weeds popping up and debris on the patio. We didn’t try them all but the streaming service passwords provided didn’t work. Hopefully, property management can make sure that it is up to par before renting out and we receive some sort of reimbursement. Otherwise this would have been a great stay.
