The host was top notch!!! She had the place decorated for Christmas beautifully! She had a fabulous coffee bar, snacks for us, and so much printed information of things to do in the area. Bachelorette Haven

Our group had a wonderful stay at the Lucky Penny. The host is so kind and professional. Her thoughtfulness extends to the perfectly appointed home and considerate details. She even has an HDMI cord available, which we used to play content from a laptop on the TV. Would highly recommend!

Location Location Location

This somewhat funky, eclectic spot is in a great neighborhood. Though it lacks an essential “neighborhood “ ingredient ( a porch to watch the world go by), it has a good outdoor gathering place on the second floor. The stairs are tight, and no bathroom on the main floor is a puzzle, it was quite comfortable and served as our family meeting place.

Best Weekend Ever!

I was hosting a bachelorette group here and everyone raved about how awesome the place was. This place was definitely the perfect backdrop for our weekend. Kelly was super communicative whenever I needed her and was always happy to help. Cannot recommend this place enough!

This place is fantastic! Very cool decor and so well appointed. Lots of supplies provided such as paper products, foil, plastic wrap, cooking basics, bottled and sparkling water, snacks, feminine products, a hair dryer, several kinds of coffee makers, etc. The rooftop is great and my daughter's boyfriend used it to propose to her! The owner was informative, responsive and helpful and left descriptive information instructions about the unit plus suggestions for area businesses. I hope I have the occasion to rent again!

Perfect for our girls weekend

The property is fantastic! Great location, where you can walk to several stores and restaurants. The host was excellent going above and beyond leaving us a note upon arrival with local events going on such as the walkable farmers market and live music. The property was perfect for a girls weekend with lots of colorful homey touches. Everything we needed plus more was provided, all the girls raved on what a cool spot we got

Comfy and great location!

What an awesome stay! All the little touches to make us feel right at home. Super comfy furnishings and cool decor gave our girls trip a wonderful home base. Best Lincoln Park location walkable to restaurants and Target just a block away. Space for everyone to be together or have alone time. The upstairs deck was great for an afternoon glass of wine and stargazing at night. Our host was prompt with communication and would definitely stay again.

The perfect oasis in the city

Kelly's home is perfect. You should stay here! All of the small touches top-off an overall great experience. She has thought of everything from luggage racks to phone chargers throughout the house to conveniently placed remotes, mirrors, and speakers. The location is very walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. The rooftop patio is adorable. Thank you, Kelly!
