Great stay

We had a short but wonderful stay in the litlte yellow beach cottage. It really is a 3 min walk to the beach! This place was perfect for adults and and a little. Also, the cottage feels a lot more spacious than it looks in the photos. I would gladly stay here again.

This beach house is very clean and modern in the inside. Location is great and the neighborhood super quiet. I would definitely rent this property again.

We enjoyed our stay and we will rent again. This was different from other rentals because the location was great, the updates were beautiful, there was hand soaps , dishes, pots and pans, bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, fire pit and wood, and we loved the outdoor shower. It was comfortable and it had everything we needed and more! The air conditioner worked great too!

Awesome place!

Wonderful location and a great house! They have a garage packed with beach supplies which is also very useful. The walk to the beach is less than 4 minutes. We had a great time!

Perfect family getaway

We had family from West Virginia meet and stay. Had 6 adults and we all fit perfectly. Bedrooms were great size and having 2 showers was great. LOVED sitting on screened in front porch. Being so close and walking to beach was perfect and having the extras like a wagon and beach chairs made it all better!!

Nice updated house

Our stay at the little yellow beach cottage was great. The house was nicely updated and well stocked. We enjoyed a lot of time on the screened in porch. Richard was very responsive and accommodating.

You will not be disappointed!

The cottage was awesome! Close to the beach as described and in a quite neighborhood. The outside is nice, however, the inside is beautiful and looked brand new. The owners make sure you have everything you would need including bikes, beach cart, coolers, umbrellas ect. In a great location and within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, pizza, and attractions. We appreciate the screened porch, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and wondefully comfortable beds. We loved it and you will too!
