Nestled on the shores of Lake Minnetonka, Wayzata shines as a gem just 11 miles west of Minneapolis. It stands as the perfect gateway to Minnesota's beloved lake, captivating visitors with its rich history and quaint charm. The village is renowned for its boutique shopping and diverse dining options, catering to both locals and tourists alike. Whether it's the lively hustle of summer or the cozy warmth of winter, the downtown area buzzes with activity all year round, making Wayzata a vibrant destination worth exploring.

We have a driveway as well as additional parking right out in front of our home on the street.

This recently remodeled home is located on a really large pond that we like to call a "lake". It boasts 2 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 2 living rooms, and 2 offices. It also has a completely updated kitchen and dining room along with 2 fireplaces so that you can cook and entertain in luxury. In addition to the two beds, there are two very comfortable couches in the living rooms.

We also have a sprawling yard overlooking the pond with deck outside off the kitchen as well as sitting area with accessibility from the basement sliding door.

We have parking right on our property located on the driveway. Ubers and Lyfts are really quick to the location shall you choose to take one for the night. We have a beautiful walking neighborhood and highly recommend walking through to see all the beautiful houses, each one is completely unique from the other.

Please note that as this is our primary residence, guests will not have access to the closets, drawers, and storage rooms. Thank you for your understanding.

Pets: We’re pet-friendly! Up to two pets are welcome per stay, with a $150 fee per pet.

Service Dog Policy

At Roxy Rentals, we’re happy to host guests traveling with service dogs — they’re part of the experience too! If you’ll be bringing a service animal, please send us your documentation in advance. Once verified, there’s no pet fee for service dogs, as required by law.

For Zen Den on the Water by Downtown Wayzata, we’re pleased to welcome one pet during your stay. Cats can be considered upon request. Anything more than one pet can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Under local ordinances, service dogs may not be left alone in the home at any time — this ensures their comfort and keeps our space in great condition for all guests.

Refunds: All refunds are subject to a 4% processing fee.

Guest Verification Requirement:

To comply with our local short-term rental licensing requirements and to maintain a safe environment within our family-friendly neighborhood, all reservations are subject to a secure guest verification process through Truvi.

This verification also allows us to provide a guest damage waiver, as booking platforms such as VRBO do not directly cover host property damage during a stay.

The process is applied consistently to every reservation and is handled securely through Truvi’s encrypted system. We appreciate your understanding as we work to protect our home, our neighbors, and the experience of all future guests.
