Our family has been visiting the Frio River (Garner State Park) area since the 1960's. Understanding the value especially in todays world the importance of "Family Time". It is a pleasure to allow us the opportunity to share just that!
Why they chose this property
You will enjoy the spacious privacy of this property along with the amazing views of the mountains. Not to mention, only 3 minutes to downtown Leakey, Texas.
What makes this property unique
Several benefits include the "Game-Room" that is separate from the Main House with bunkbeds and plenty of room for the Pool-Table, Pac-Man Game, Shuffle Board, Big Screen TV, etc...
Also, if you are lucky you may see some private planes on the Real County Airport Landing Strip right behind the property. Not to mention the birds, deer, turkeys and many more animals that frequent the property!
