Great stay, such a cute house, loved the game room. Communication was wonderful with host. Close to the town and really enjoyed 4th of July festivities in Leakey!

No complaints, very well stocked and great decor.

Had all the amenities we wanted and in great location, only ten minutes from Garner State Park. Cute decor too. Just to note that the "Barn" with the darts/shuffleboard/etc is a separate building detached (but close to) the rest of the Red Manor.

Overall stay was perfect !!! Love the perfect yard set up with lights, picnic table and barbecue pit. We loved how it had a section away from the home separating where the man cave was. Clean and spacious, we highly recommend this place . We shall return back soon!!! Jennifer was very helpful and ready to help

Two night stay for the eclipse

We searched for a house close to the centerline of totality for our family of 8, and this house fit the bill. The inside of the house was nice and clean, but we had to spend some time cleaning the outdoor space and furniture. We notified Jennifer of a couple other minor issues which she addressed promptly. And she graciously treated us to a pizza dinner as compensation. Thanks Jennifer! We would stay here again and do recommend it to others.

Why they chose this property

You will enjoy the spacious privacy of this property along with the amazing views of the mountains. Not to mention, only 3 minutes to downtown Leakey, Texas.

What makes this property unique

Several benefits include the "Game-Room" that is separate from the Main House with bunkbeds and plenty of room for the Pool-Table, Pac-Man Game, Shuffle Board, Big Screen TV, etc...
Also, if you are lucky you may see some private planes on the Real County Airport Landing Strip right behind the property. Not to mention the birds, deer, turkeys and many more animals that frequent the property!
