Wow what a view! This gorgeous 15th floor Summerwinds West condo is brand new to the rental market. This is the first time this condo has been available to rent!

Drop what you're doing and picture yourself here. This gorgeous 3 bedroom unit in the heart of Navarre Beach is the perfect place to visit one of the best beaches in the world. This unit is walking distance to restaurants, shops, rental stores, and the largest pier in all of Florida. This condo has it all, so start packing. There are three huge pools and hot tubs to choose from and one of the pools is heated in winter. There is an on-site beach shop and fitness center.

This unit is on the secure 15th floor in the West building of Summerwinds Resort. The unobstructed views from the wrap around balcony are truly breathtaking. The side balcony has nothing but blue skies above, so you can soak up the sun from the 15th floor without leaving the condo!

With 3 bedrooms, this large condo has room for the whole family or crew. There is room to comfortably sleep 6 adults and 2 kids. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The kitchen is completely updated with all stainless steel appliances. There is a brand new high volume washer and dryer in the unit.

Perfect location! Great floor plan!

This was a great place! Convenient access to the beach & pool! For anyone booking, we were not sure where to get the beach chair rentals that are part of the reservation - it is on the beach and you need to chat with them directly to claim chairs (earlier in the day the better). They let us upgrade 10/day to beach loungers instead (cash or card).

Fantastic property, perfect location. Two nights the building had alarms going off requiring evacuation multiple times per night, everyone knew it wasn’t an emergency but they couldn’t fix it even after the first night. Otherwise loved it.

Perfect Family Vacation

The condo had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The views were spectacular! The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The included beach chairs and umbrella were a great incentive as well. We are already looking at dates to return. Our favorite vacation spot by far!

Million Dollar View

We had a great family vacation here ,the view was amazing . Condo was beautiful and very well maintained and decorated very nice very homey feeling just a amazing place to stay for any vacation very spacious with everything you need. Loved this Unit!

Great experience! We were traveling with adult children and had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. Well stocked and clean condo. The corner unit was wonderful with lots of extra windows, views and patio space.

Love the 15th floor! Cute decor!

Overall great. Property management immediately corrected poor cleaning by a new staff. It was sparkling after the management cleaned it again our first day. Lots of good towels! Adirondack chairs were great. Need to dispose of the other uncomfy outdoor-get enough Adirondacks for 6!! An ice-machine would be nice. Needs new linens. Nice decor. Will return to Summerwind🏝PS...need blackout shades in 2nd master!!! Too bright for sleeping.

Simply Amazing

All aspects of this property were truly amazing. I could type for a long, long time listing them all, but here are a few things that stood out. - The views: you are high up (one floor beneath the penthouse) and this offers a really great perspective to look down into the water below (you can see dolphins!). There are amazing views out of every window in the unit, either looking out into the ocean or back into the bay. This is above and beyond any place I've ever stayed, in that respect. - Property management was extremely responsive after I booked, answering some simple questions I had about the property. - It was great being close to the pier and a few nearby restaurants/bars, although it was not very commercialized at all. WAY less commercialized than Destin and that's a good thing. - Powder sand, beautiful, deep beach. Among the best beaches I've been to in Florida. you can walk a long way in both directions. The week I was there (July), the water was very calm. I assume that changes from day to day. - The unit is well stocked with great accommodations (TVs, kitchen has everything you need, etc.) - The property has 3 pools and hot tubs. Neither were crowded, as most people opted for the beach. There are plenty of charcoal grills on site (down by the pools). All in all, I could not have asked for more...a great trip and place to stay for our family. We'll be back again!

Great view, beautiful unit

This unit has a great view of the ocean and the bay. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, way above what you would normally expect in a rental. The beach here is fantastic, with white powder sand and emerald water. Other than some rather loud construction going on in the unit next door, it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was large and high quality. I would have easily given a 5-star rating, but we had some unfortunate incidents. The instruction e-mail from iTrip said there were parking passes in the condo, but did not tell us where to locate them. So, after searching for a while and failing to find them, we went down to try and locate a condo office. A security guard saw us and told us to we could not be on the property without a wrist-band (also not mentioned in the e-mail). The condo office apparently closed at 5pm so we were unable to get a parking pass or wristbands. When we asked the security guard what to do about the parking permit, he told us we could stay somewhere else that night and come back in the morning. Thanks a lot! The next day, by chance, we located the parking passes and wristbands in a kitchen drawer, and fortunately our car had not been towed. However, when I went down to use the exercise facility at 10am, the keycode did not work, and neither did the key provided in the kitchen drawer. This would have been a better experience if the instructions were accurate or if the owner had left a contact number on the instructions.
