The condo is furnished with a king bed in every bedroom, Smart flat screen TVs and Blue-Ray/DVD players in all bedrooms and living room, and free wi-fi. The unit has tile floors throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. The condo has its own laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer, and all towels and linens are included. With 1770 square feet of living space, the condo sleeps 6 people and is great for couples or families. This corner unit offers fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound.

The living room with its panoramic view of the Gulf offers a comfy couch, loveseat, two club chairs, large ottoman, 55” Smart TV with sound bar, and Blu-Ray/DVD player. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto the incredible 325 square foot gulf front terrace. The expansive balcony has an outdoor table with seating for 6 where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset dinner while taking in the spectacular views.

The master bedroom features a king bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, 40” Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, and beachfront balcony access. The attached bath has a jetted tub with gulf views, separate walk-in shower, and double vanities.

The second bedroom features a king bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, 40” Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, connecting door to the hallway bathroom, and its own walkout balcony overlooking the Santa Rosa Sound.

The third bedroom also features a king bed with a Sealy Posturepedic mattress, 40” Smart TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, private bath, and its own walkout balcony overlooking the Sound.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a smooth glass cook top, and granite countertops with plenty of counterspace. For grilling enthusiasts, there are charcoal grills on the property and all the grilling tools you need are provided in the condo. The dining area has a table with seating for six.

Our remote office nook, complete with a wireless printer and computer monitor, provides a sweeping view from the Santa Rosa Sound to the Gulf of Mexico. If you have to work, why not do it from Navarre?

The Beach Colony Resort boasts a wonderfully maintained Olympic-sized pool, the largest in Navarre. One beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are provided with your rental from March 1 through October 31.

The fitness center offers a full range of free weights and exercise machines. Play a game of tennis or pickle ball with friends and family on one of two tennis courts. For the anglers in your group, the Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, the longest on the Gulf, is just a five-minute stroll down the beach. Paralleling the road in front of the resort are miles of bicycle and walking paths. Within walking distance is Juana’s Pagoda offering beach volleyball and Jet Ski rentals.

Navarre Beach, situated between Ft. Walton Beach to the east and Pensacola to the west, is located on Santa Rosa Island bordered by Navarre Beach State Park to the east and Gulf Islands National Seashore to the west. The Navarre area offers a great variety of local dining choices nearby.
