Why they chose this property

We have lived in this neighborhood for 10 years now and would never want to move! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and very safe with kids riding their bikes or people taking a stroll at all hours. Past guests loved the location - the house is a 15-minute walk/3-minute drive to South Coast Plaza - the largest shopping mall in the West Coast; you can find any high-end fashion brands here, or enjoy a variety of Michelin restaurants. We're also very close to the freeway, making traveling to other nearby beach cities like Newport, Laguna, Huntington or Irvine a breeze

What makes this property unique

- You'll get access to a private backyard oasis
- The Green Ivy set-up is perfect for a small group: The bedroom (with the King bed) and the living room (queen pull-out sofa bed) both have doors that can be locked; the bathroom is located between the 2 spaces, making it possible to turn the guest suite into a 2-bedroom for extra privacy within the group.
