The home offers two traditional bedrooms plus a cozy bunk nook, which serves as the third sleeping area. Please note that the bunk nook is not a fully enclosed bedroom, making it a fun and comfortable space for children or additional guests.

Spend your days relaxing by the water, exploring the Northern Neck, or visiting nearby downtown Kilmarnock for local shops and restaurants. Ditchley Cider Works, area wineries, golf, boating, and other attractions are just minutes away.

My spouse and i enjoyed our stay. The house is large for two people, but the extra bathroom was appreciated.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect combination of peace, space, and natural beauty. With the golf course nearby, the water just outside, and a large yard with plenty of room to run, play, and relax, the setting immediately felt special. It was an easy choice for us because it provides the kind of place where our families and friends can gather, slow down, and enjoy meaningful time together.

What makes this property unique

What makes Bellview special is its rare combination of privacy, recreation, and convenience. The property feels peaceful and secluded, yet downtown Kilmarnock’s restaurants, shops, and attractions are only a short drive away.

Guests can enjoy direct water access, a private kayak launch, convenient kayak storage, and a beautiful setting beside the golf course. We also created our own hammock park, a quiet space designed for reading, relaxing, and catching up with friends beneath the trees. One of our favorite features is the party barge, a pontoon boat set up as the perfect place to gather, unwind, and watch the sun set over the water.

With plenty of room to explore, play, and reconnect, Bellview offers more than just a place to stay. It is a place to slow down and create lasting memories with the people you love.
