Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time: 11am
Put dirty towels in bath/shower
Put dishes in dishwasher. Any dish that isn’t dishwasher safe, please wash & place on drying mat
Set thermostat to 74 (warmer months) and heat on 67(cooler months).
Put trash in black trash can outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
