This home has elegance, comfort, and fun all rolled into one perfect getaway for groups and families of all sizes. Tucked away in the heart of Tellico Village, it has all of the amenities anyone could ask for. Relax in front of the fire on the most comfortable, oversized sectional in the livingroom! Play for hours in the huge game room that has something for everyone! Reunions, weddings, golf excursions, family vacation, fishing trips, couple's retreats!
This home sits right on the golf course and is an absolutely amazing view. The master bath is equipped with not only a shower, but has a walk-in jetted tub! The game room has a kitchenette with 2 twin convertible chairs. Foisball, airhockey, basketball shootout game, Boss Toss, darts, upright arcade with over 100 games, and a classic pinball machine. Oh! Did I mention the grill has an airfryer?

Beautiful getaway stay

It was an amazing stay the location was in a quite nice retirement community with a beautiful view of golfer golfing on the green in the early morning just mile from a beautiful Dam the property has plenty of space for my 10 other guests with plenty of activities to enjoy from video games to air hockey I really enjoyed my stay and will keep this rental in my for my next visit

The house is exactly like described in pictures! Perfect for a weekend getaway with couples or family! Super clean, comfy beds, nice pots & pans which made cooking easy along with a great grill! All our crew enjoyed chilling on the large comfy couch in living room to watch football on the nice big flatscreen tv after a long day of golf. The game room & hot tub was also a big hit. We would definitely stay here again!

Family place to gather and have lots of fun

My family came to witness and be a part of my wedding and I gave them this house to stay in a few nights during that time. They had a blast and enjoyed the extra room, hot tub, games, and each other. It was clean and WONDERFUL! I'd do it all over again for them!

We highly recommend this property. The house is quite large and every single room was spotless. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one would need. Spacious accommodations

Clean, comfortable, spacious and FUN house! There is something here for everyone: air hockey, darts, pinball, hot tub, full kitchen, plenty of room to spread out (bring your own spices if you plan to do a lot of cooking). The owner was very prompt in responding quickly to my inquiries. Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. We love this neighborhood!

Family gathering

We had a fabulous time and the space was perfect for 4 adults and 5 — 20 somethings. We had space for everyone and enjoyed multiple meals, watching football games and time in your wonderful game room together etc. Enjoyed walking around the golf community. We had three very active children, the lower level was their go to area. The home is roomy and can accommodate multiple activities: quiet space for reading, watching football on one television and whatever on the other tv, chatting in the kitchen, doing crossword puzzles at the dining room table. Very family friendly.

This home is in the heart of one of the fastest growing communities in East TN. Tellico Village is home to 3 beautiful golf courses as well as lake activities. Come visit and you'll see what makes it so special!

What makes this property unique

The back yard of this home is on the 9th hole! Spectacular views of the beautifully geoomed course. Even if you don't play golf, it is fun to watch active golfers look for their balls. Not to mention you never have to leave the home if you're looking to entertain everyone in the group. There is certainly something for everyone here!
