Tellico Village a Lakefront Residential Community.

Location: 10 minutes from Lenoir City. About 30 minutes from downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee.

Accommodations: 2200 square foot ranch, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths.

Lake front, four bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, with large furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 car garage, large deck over looking the large back yard and scenic Tellico Lake and dock.

The house is completely furnished and consists of one large master bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two full beds. Tellico Village, a private residential community, is located 20 minutes east of I-75 off the Lenoir City exit (81), 2 miles south of I-40. The property is ideal for family vacations, golf holidays, fishing, boating, or just relaxing and enjoying the view.

The village has many amenities, including three private golf courses (other courses nearby), yacht club, recreation center and within easy driving distance of Knoxville activities. The University of Tennessee is accessible by boat or car for all of their football and basketball games as well as other University activities. Short day trips can be taken to the Smokey Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and other Tennessee areas.

The only negative comment is the kitchen register (bent and unstable). Exactly the space and access we needed for our vehicles, motorcyclesAnd scooter. Beautiful Home!!

This house was amazing! Great space for my family to stay in. 5 bedrooms makes this house a perfect house for a larger family. Wish we could have enjoyed using the dock, a little too cold when we stayed. We look forward to booking again the next time we are there.

Boat & Golf getaway

We brought our neighbors and another couple to experience where we lived for two years. Tellico Village is our favorite place to go boating. We also played a round of golf at Toqua. Great location and we’ll be back for another stay.

Great Location

Perfect for 3 days of golf and hanging out on the deck. The area is very nice. Only small silly thing is the restaurants close at 8PM. Which is catering to the residence. No issues

Perfect for a long guy's weekend!

Robert called me as soon as I booked with kind welcoming words, along with instructions on who to contact for all of our accommodation needs. He even offered to help us make tee times. Such a great host and a perfect location right on the water and super close to the course. We would rent this house again in a second!

Had 8 guys go down for a little golf trip inside the village. The house couldn’t have been situated better for us. House was awesome for the number and the dock just made it that much more special. Couldn’t have asked for anything better honestly.

Beautiful lake view!

Great view of the lake. Nice deck area, only bad thing no way to exit off the deck to walk to boat dock have to leave through the front and walk around. Nice size bed rooms. Great large kitchen area and living room area for everyone to gather and bedrooms tucked away from there with privacy. Nice property and good location close to the big city but far enough away for peace and quiet. Easy 35-40 minute drive to tailgate for football or enjoy downtown.

The view is beautiful but the house could use a major upgrade. Very old and dated. It was so cold we had to drip the faucets. So if you plan on staying in the winter, beware of this drip drip sound all night.

Staying at this property was a fabulous experience. It was very clean, well-maintained and well-equipped. The owner answered all questions and even agreed to meet us at the property so I could see it before I made a decision. I had no problems and I would definitely recommend to a friend or relative. There is a beautiful boat dock and it is 5 min. by boat or car to a fabulous restaurant (Tellico Yacht Club.) It's a beautiful spot on Tellico Lake and close to the Smoky mtns. and other hiking trails. Boating, water skiing , hiking , fabulous view. it was everything we hoped for and we hope to return.

Very nice home!

This home inside was very nice and clean. The outside deck off the house though could use a little cleaning up. We wanted to sit outside on the deck to enjoy the view. But was deterred by the smell that was coming off the deck. I think a nice power washing would help to clean up the green mold and would make it more enjoyable. Fortunately we weren’t staying that long for it to affect our time there. Other than that, we had a very nice stay. Thank you.

Very outdated. Showers ok, beds ok, view very nice, plenty of parking for truck and boat trailer. negatives: inside oven very dirty, outside grill very dirty. Literally falling apart, deck was dirty, all deck furniture was moldy, could not eat outside. Had to eat out every night. Agent was not responsive to calls in regards to anything. I do not recommend this property,
