On Mountain Ski House!!


Our cozy four-bedroom home is located on Woody Creek Road right off of Mountainside Rd. It's in a quiet private neighborhood close to the Shipyard Inn and the Snubber Trail. Located on the mountain shuttle route for easy access to the base but also and easy walk up to all the activities and chairlifts.
Built for active families
 this mountain living rental has plenty of space and comfort for one or more families. A large mudroom holds everyone's skis, boots, and gear. The open kitchen, dining, and living area gets lots of natural light, so it works well for big family dinners, hosting friends, or relaxing by the fire after a day on the slopes. Downstairs, the basement has wood for the fireplace, a ping pong and air hockey table giving the kids their own space.
More than skiing
, you're steps from a dog walking trail, with easy access to the Nordic Center, skinning and hiking routes, and the Sugarloaf Sports & Fitness Center is right up the street.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off lights and put T.V remotes in the basket. Put all trash and recycling in the bins, located in the basement.
Put wood ashes into metal bucket. Make sure all doors are locked. Please check the outside for dog waste, etc and pick-up as necessary.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great property!

Had a great stay in March! The owner is really easy to talk to and the house is conveniently located on the mountain with a shuttle to the base that stops at the end of the driveway. Would definitely rebook!

February Vacation

This rental was spacious and comfortable. The shuttles ran on schedule and we were at the mountain within 10 minutes. Very nice neighborhood! We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again.

Fabulous time at Sugarloaf

This house was clean, comfortable and excellent location. We were a group of 9 and the house fit prefect. The bed were comfy. The kitchen had everything you needed. Truly couldn’t of asked for more!
