Tucked among the tall pines of Grand Lake, this rustic log cabin offers a peaceful base just minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park. Step onto the front deck and breathe in the crisp alpine air while the quiet of the forest surrounds you. After a day of hiking rugged trails, exploring downtown Grand Lake, or gliding across snowy slopes in winter, the cabin invites you to slow down, gather, and reconnect in comfort.

Outdoor living
The private deck is a natural extension of the cabin, perfect for lingering summer evenings. Fire up the gas grill, share a meal at the picnic table, or simply sink into the outdoor seating as the sun dips behind the trees. Trailer parking makes it easy for guests bringing gear, and driveway parking for two cars is available - an all-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended during winter months. The Columbine Lake community offers quiet strolls along the water and a small beach where you can enjoy the mountain sunshine.

The great room
Inside, vaulted ceilings and warm pine accents frame a space designed for gathering. The great room’s leather sofas are ideal for sinking into with a good book or enjoying a movie night on the 55-inch Roku-enabled TV. A gas fireplace adds warmth on cool mountain evenings, while an upstairs reading nook provides a quieter corner to unwind.

Kitchen and dining
The open-concept kitchen makes preparing meals a shared experience. Modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar for four encourage conversation while cooking. Just beyond, the wooden dining table seats eight - the perfect spot for family meals or game nights that stretch into the evening.

Sleeping arrangements
The cabin accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms. The main-level master suite features a king bed, 40-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. A second bathroom with a tub/shower combo serves the main level. Upstairs, the second bedroom includes a queen bed and twin bed, while the third family-friendly bedroom offers multiple bunk options - a twin, a twin-over-twin, and a twin-over-full - along with a TV for entertainment. A third bathroom with a tub/shower combo completes the upper floor.

Comforts and essentials
The cabin provides thoughtful touches to make your stay seamless, from free Wi-Fi and Roku streaming to a private washer and dryer. Essentials such as towels, linens, and basic toiletries are included. Please note that while the property has ceiling fans and heating, air conditioning is not available.
