This is spectacular property! Private beach, with a canoe and kayaks, was awesome. Tranquil setting with nature and wildlife surrounding the great cabin. Excellent communication with hosts.

Cheryl, thanks for choosing our
Off Grid Maine Rivah Lodge!
Glad you enjoyed your stay!
Great Guests!
Absolutely, fantastic! The location is private and peaceful. Our dog loved the beach. And we enjoyed the laid back atmosphere. We would definitely visit again!!!
Our stay was great. The cabin had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. Very private, quiet, and within reach of many things to do for fun!
This lodge was absolutely stunning! It had so many amenities and was close to the river. It was a super relaxing and beautiful location & lodge. The pictures of the lodge and land does not do the property justice! 10/10 I would recommend anyone to stay here. My husband and I are already thinking to come back and hopefully stay longer than this visit.

Nice place. Beds were comfortable and clean. Quiet and quiet, no sounds of cars or people. Had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor eating area and fire pit.But be sure to bring supplies as it is a drive to a store. We stopped in Bangor on the way in. Glad we did.
Perfect, secluded area with beautiful views! It has a lovely trail going down the beach/water area. Beds were very comfy and the place was very clean. Loved it!

Taylor, thank you for booking our cabin and we greatly appreciate your being a perfect 5 star guest!
Time to relax and enjoy nature and quiet. Every modern convenience you could want and the kitchen and really nice grill outside was great. So enjoyed our stay at Rivah Lodge.
This was all we were looking for and more -- remote, beautiful, quiet. The extra little touches in and around the cabin made it even more special.

Definitely, 5 Star Guests!
Thank you,

The lodge was beautiful! Such a peaceful, quiet getaway. We saw so much wildlife, and thoroughly enjoyed being disconnected for a few days. The lodge has everything you need.... just make sure to bring the food you'll need for your stay. There are a few country stores within 15-30 minutes, but no grocery stores. My kids loved kayaking, fishing, making smores, and laying in the hammock. We made several say trips to Acadia, and also found some hiking trails nearby. We hope to return soon!

Thanks for staying at our Off Grid Maine Rivah Lodge!
The pictures do not do this place justice. It is quiet, beautiful and has all the comforts of home. The beds were so soft and cozy. The furnishings both inside and out were plentiful and comfortable. We kayaked, canoed and went fishing. We stayed for a full week and loved every second of it.

Heather, Thanks for staying at our "Off Grid", Maine Getaway! Hope to see you for another visit, someday!
The property was just as advertised. The cabin is on a beautiful property with all the amenities you need. The host were amazing and made sure we made it safely to the property on the first night as it was late and made sure we had eveything we needed. We only spent a weekend there but plan to spend a full week next time! Also seeing a moose on the road to the cabin one night was a major plus!

Thank you so much for staying at our cabin! So glad you saw a moose! You were a pleasure to host!
Totally private and cozy get away! The kids loved the oversized bean bag in the little time we were in the cabin. The rest was spent in the peace and tranquility of the outdoors at the cabin fishing, canoeing, kayaking to get a stuck bobber and playing games in the driveway. The boat landing not far down the road gave the kids a great place to swim and pick clams! Looking forward to our next stay!
From the moment you pull up to the cabin, it is obvious to see the care that is put into this idyllic cabin and the surrounding grounds. We have never stayed in a cleaner or more well maintained rental AND it allows a dog which was extremely appreciated. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, we saw a beaver and a bald eagle, and heard the call of the loons. The small touches throughout made it a truly pleasant stay, from the coffee reserve being filled, to the handwritten note, wood staged in the stove, and the folded toilet paper. It was apparent the owners truly care about making their guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay. The communication was excellent and they ensured we were able to find the property without issue. We can’t wait to come back here for longer next time.

Amazing place to re-boot. The cabin is clean and very well stocked. You rarely hear anything other than the sound of nature. Kimberly was amazing in any question we had , responding immediately. Bring you your food and stay put here to relax, reboot and re-energize here. We will be back for more than 3 nights next time. Easy drive from Bangor airport. Best vrbo experience ever.
We loved our time spent at this peaceful cabin. Being able to access the water with the canoe and kayak was perfect. My teenage son was excited about this and the fishing. We enjoyed grilling out dinner on the grill and then having dinner on the patio. And the bonfire pit was perfection. This cabin has every single item you would need at a rental property. From the cabin we were able to visit Acadia and Bar Harbor, yet be able to come back to a peaceful setting.
I've stayed in a lot of cabins and camps in Maine and this is one of my favorites. Every luxury plus some. The beds are amazing. Every cooking utensil and cookware you would ever want. Very peaceful. Every review of this camp is spot on. I'll be returning next year. Im glad I reserved another date in August.
