Nice job

The house is older but still functional. Bathroom sink is tiny so be prepared! Overall it’s a good place for a quick weekend get away.

Cute place. We were given the wrong door code by the property manager and had to get a different hotel until we could get a hold of him.

I am a fourth generation Arizonan and our family loves everything Tucson, Arizona. The Historic West University property is conveniently 6 minutes walking distance to the University of Arizona and about 10 mintues walking distance to nearby shopping on 4th Avenue, local family restaurants near and Downtown city center, and many outdoor activities to enjoy year round.

What makes this property unique

The property is centrally located with a lovely rear courtyard and a concrete bench with sitting (up to 8). A gas BBQ for grilling and relaxing with family and friends. Located 5 minutes by car to The Tucson Convention Center and many local restaurants, breweries, and vendors to enjoy during your vacation.
