Unmatched Waterfront Contemporary home with Unbelievable Views.

Unobstructed view of the water and the downtown St. Petersburg Skyline. Extremely tranquil location. Pool is exceptional and Lanai is extremely relaxing with multiple ceiling fans. Perfect home for recovering from Jaw surgery. Great location for taking the walks that are part of Jaw Surgery recovery. We have had multiple guests stay after Jaw surgery from Dr. Shah (you can see his building from the Lanai). We have also had many guests stay for Regattas associated with the St. Petersburg Yacht Club and the Swim Meets held at North Shore Pool. 5 bedroom, 4 Bathroom custom home on the water facing the St. Petersburg Pier and downtown. Pool with large sun shelf with tile from Spain. Patio is hammered marble. Very large Lanai with vintage 1950's furniture which has been totally restored. Exterior sound system and bar with glass under counter refrigerator. 10 person glass dining table on Lanai. Home is a sleek contemporary masterpiece finished with marble floors, white level 5 smooth walls and ceiling, Fit and Finish are second to none. Home took over 5 years to complete. Interior doors are from Italy. Staircase and patio railings and glass are from Italy. 3 Refrigerators, 3 Freezers, 4 Washers & Dryers, built in Coffee Maker, two Dishwashers etc. AC is zoned with each area having control of cooling and heating (7 zones in total). Home is smart home wired and controlled. Many big screen TV's with two 95 inch TV's in family room. Large sunken indoor outdoor bar in family room. Family room ceiling is 16 feet. Huge Restoration Hardware Sofa in Family room and Kitchen. Pool has heater and chiller. Spa has a gas heater. Please note, that Spa will heat year round, but pool will not heat during weeks in which the temperature does not remain above high 50's. Entire back of home is sliding glass doors. Too many superlatives to place into writing. Home is close to downtown St. Petersburg and is usually an 8 minute Uber Ride to and from downtown. There are many fine dinning opportunities downtown and near downtown. Many people jog from this location downtown and back.

Absolutely stunning property with incredible views of the water and St Pete!! Donna and Felix were wonderful hosts, making sure we were comfortable with the house and all the amenities in the area. In St Pete for a specialized ortho surgery my wife was having, this trip could have been a challenge. Quite the opposite, her surgery went great, and this home made the stay so pleasant!! Thanks Donna and Felix for your home and thanks for checking on my bride!!

I have lived in St. Petersburg practically my entire life. I could live almost anywhere, and could not think of a better place for us to have lived and raised our family. St. Petersburg was wonderful 40 years ago, and now there is 30X more to do than back in the day.

Why they chose this property

It is by far the nicest neighborhood in St. Petersburg and one of the best on the West Coast of Florida.

What makes this property unique

Unmatched View that never gets old, Close to Unmatched Quality, a western facing home with plenty of sunlight (extremely rare), incredible pool, proximity to downtown, amenities that include huge / enormous TV's and a whole house sound system.
