Step outside to the private rooftop deck, the true highlight of the home. Overlooking Crystal Lake, it’s the ideal spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, grilling, or stargazing under the night sky.

Located just steps from the lake, guests can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, or peaceful lakeside walks. It is within a few feet of the public beach, boat launch and park. Whether you’re planning a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, or a weekend with friends, this loft offers the perfect blend of space, style, and scenic beauty.

Centrally located, this space is 7 miles from Frankfort, 10 miles from Crystal Mountain, 16 miles from the beautiful Sleeping Bear Dunes and less than 25 miles to Traverse City.

This gorgeous loft is located above Christopher and Company, CPAs and does require a flight of stairs for access.

The living room has a gas fireplace and king bed in two bedrooms, and two sets of built in bunkbeds in the third. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience.

Wifi and YoutubeTV are are available throughout.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Parking for two vehicles is available and free public parking is available one block away for any additional vehicles.

Awesome home base for exploring sleeping bear!

Great condo with tons of outdoor space and views of crystal lake, walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Jennifer was very responsive and able to accommodate an early check in and the place was spotless when we arrived. Great stay!!

We loved this property and the location to the beach. Just steps away from a sandy beach with a large swim area. House was clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a double decker deck with a gas fire pit. We would love to come back!

One of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever had! Spacious, beautifully appointed, and well-stocked, with plenty of seating and a perfect space to get ready for a wedding—including the large, light-up mirror in the primary bathroom. We loved having coffee each morning on the multi-tiered deck with views of the lake. Quiet and right in the middle of town—just a block from the bagel shop, close to the park, and steps from Crystal Lake.

We enjoyed the convenience of staying in downtown Beulah with easy access to restaurants, the Betsie Trail, pickleball courts, downtown music, and Crystal Lake. And when not doing all those things — enjoying the gorgeous condo and best deck.

We had an amazing stay! The house had everything we needed plus some extra goodies. Well decorated - felt like home! The photos of the deck do NOT do it justice - plenty of seating and a fabulous view.

We have stayed at numerous VRBOs over the years and this one was the nicest by far. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. We especially enjoyed the summer evenings on the roof top deck.

This remodel was done right. It has a lake/beach feel without being corny, and they beds, pillows, and comforters make it a bit too difficult to get up in the morning … the double deck was a perfect place to end the day. Really fantastic place.
