Beautiful 3-bedroom house, with private pool, facing the golf course
Welcome to your charming villa in the Orlando area.
Your home away from home that reminds you of the comfort of your house, where you and your family can create wonderful vacation memories.
Spacious living room with a couch and love seat for easy TV viewing on a beautiful 75-inch flat screen TV. This villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Private fully screen-in pool with a beautiful view overlooking the 2nd hole of the challenging Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club.
The Master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed, walk-in closet and 3-piece ensuite including a glass enclosed walk-in shower.
The 1st guest bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and ample closet space.
The 2nd guest bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and a bunk bed with a futon on the lower level that can be lowered into a double bed. Plenty of sleeping space for guests.
Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen and YouTubeTV. The entire house can accommodate sleeping space for 8 people comfortably.
The spacious pool deck is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee watching the sun rise or a late night glass of wine watching the beautiful sun set in the Florida sky.
The kitchen stove, refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer have all been upgraded in October 2023.
This villa offers:

There is a Super-Walmart and Winn-Dixie just a minute away, along with several well-known restaurants and amenities in the area, virtually everything is on hand.
Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric carts included).
The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch, along with popular Trivia Night on Tuesday nights
