We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually impacts long term stays.

Beautiful

Really lovely. Easy walk to the grocery store. We walked into downtown and across the river, we enjoyed the walks along the river. The kitchen had every dish, pan and utensil you could need. Lots of space for our group of 4. Comfortable beds and couches.

Lovely house just outside of downtown area

The main floor of this house is perfection. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this rental met all of our needs. The beds are comfortable and the guest areas are spacious. Note: There is another unit above that can hold large groups. That group can make or break your stay depending on their behavior.

The Manor

Comfortable and spacious, lots of parking on the lot and street, which is a bonus close to downtown. Didn’t expect central air in an older home like this, however AC units held rooms at a cool climate despite the extreme heat wave. Thumbs up👍
