Bring your entire Private/Corporate Group (Sleeps 12) to "Northview Luxury Getaway" a luxury four-season home in Beautiful Bend Oregon.
This large home, full of natural light easily accommodates large groups, offering private units w/ private baths and custom climate control in all units. (Not a party house, see house rules)
Other things to note
We ask that you please be respectful of others in the neighborhood and keep the noise down especially between 10 pm and 9 am and park only in the driveway. This is a quiet residential community and a great place to unwind and relax. If you are looking for a party house, we kindly ask you to look elsewhere.

PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE BRINGING YOUR DOG

We allow one dog per reservation upon special request. No other animals are allowed. Please send us a direct message telling us a bit about your dog (breed, age, weight, etc.) before completing your booking. An additional pet fee will apply.

Any damages/stains to the furniture will result in an additional fee to cover the cleaning/repair cost. Please make sure you clean up after your pets and make sure they are clean before entering the home. The backyard is fully fenced for running around. The homeowner will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents on the property your dog may incur while staying at the residence.

No smoking. We don't allow smoking anywhere on the property.

Have stayed here before and hopefully will again. House is wonderful and as pictured. Lots of room and the accessibility is a huge plus for me as I am able to function in this house like I do at home. We've spent the last two Thanksgivings there and hope to do more. A great family gathering spot. Owner makes everything very easy and is a pleasure to work with

Roomy, clean and well maintained

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay here attending our niece's wedding. The size of the house allowed the whole extended family to stay in one place.

Family Thanksgiving

Family from here and from out of town got together for Thanksgiving. Being able to stay with the kids and grandkids that I don't see often enough was wonderful. House was very accessible for me in my wheelchair which is often hard to find. Will definitely book again when family gathers here in Bend

Bend Home Base!

Can't say enough good things about the place itself, the location, or the host himself. Great communication as we planned a group ski trip - went above and beyond by mailing us something we'd forgotten. Hope to stay here again! :)

Lovely stay in Bend

We stay in Bend quite often and I am very familiar with the area. This home was perfect for our joint family getaway (4 adults 4 teens). Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, and a game room living room for our night owl teen boys. The location is good, in a residential neighborhood near Pilot Butte and grocery stores and coffee shops. My communication with Kyle was prompt and courteous. Overall, a really good time.

Post Christmas family stay

We stayed at Kyle's place after Christmas 2023 for a few days. Kyle was an excellent host and always incredibly responsive. The property is excellent! Very clean and wonderful accommodations that really was prepared for a whole extended family to stay there (pack n play, plenty of cookware, table that could fit us all, etc. The hot tub wasn't working, but Kyle gave us a partial refund to cover the cost of utilizing the nearby Community Center instead. That facility was excellent and we'd recommend checking it out just to give kids some swim time. We would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family vacation!

This house was just as beautiful as it was shown on the listing. Super clean, plenty of space and we had 10 adults! We cooked 2 meals a day in the house and there was plenty of dishes. BBQ worked great. Tons of parking in the driveway. We brought a small dog and the fenced was fulling enclosed so we didn't have to worry about her getting out when she was outside. Neighborhood was great to take a walk in as well. Kyle was great to work with to answer any of our questions and super responsive. Hands down I would stay here again in a heart beat!
