Large Private luxury Oasis! Perfectly located near all the action, & AZ sights!!
Welcome to our stylish, bright, yet cozy property– the perfect retreat for group or family trips! This spacious 3000sq ft home features 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a plethora of amenities to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay.
The Space:
Enter through a welcoming foyer into a charming home with carefully curated decor and comfortable furnishings. You'll notice gorgeous Mountain views through the large windows in the formal living-room as you enter the home. The split floor plan ensures privacy, with three bedrooms situated down a separate wing from the primary en-suite. The primary bedroom boasts a large walk-in closet for added convenience. Please note: closet will be emptied out prior to your stay.
The family room, adjacent to the newly upgraded kitchen, provides a cozy gathering space. Photos of new kitchen will be added soon. A breakfast table that seats 6 is perfect for casual dining, and a half bath is conveniently located down the hallway off the kitchen.
For more formal occasions, we offer a dining room that accommodates up to 10-12 people.
Outdoors:
Step into our backyard oasis with breathtaking mountain views. The huge lush green grassy area complements a newly remodeled pool. The covered patio is an entertainer's dream, featuring plenty of seating, an outdoor TV, fire pit, and an outdoor heating lamp. Enjoy various seating options, including tables, couches, a cabana swing, and lounge chairs. The outdoor space also includes a smart TV, a dartboard, ping-pong table, corn-hole and more entertainment options.
For the gaming enthusiasts, we have a full-size poker table with a selection of casino games. Feel free to ask any questions you may have about the amenities!
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and tool shed. The spacious driveway can accommodate 4-6 cars, ensuring ample parking space for everyone.

Your comfort is our priority! Both my husband and I will be local and readily available to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. Feel free to reach out, whether it's for local recommendations, assistance with the property, or any other inquiries.
