Spacious Riverfront is in Christmas Valley, located on the south shore of Lake Tahoe. This spacious home is approximately 10 miles from the casinos, a 15-minute drive from Heavenly, 20 minutes from Sierra-at-Tahoe, and Kirkwood is a short 30-minute drive. This charming home is nestled back in the forest, where you can enjoy the sounds of the river in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a one-level home with 3 bedrooms and a double garage with an EV charger. Spacious Riverfront is approximately 2,300 square feet.

*Due to the elevation and snowfall on the roads surrounding this property during the winter months, 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Please reach out to our reservations team with any questions

House had a smell of a musty smell . One of the bathrooms when taking a shower the water would not drain . Not sure why you pay a cleaning service when You have to wash the sheets and remake the bed before you leave . We had to empty the dishwasher a Open arrival . Would not stay here again

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleased by this rental. Its location is very nice, it is spacious and equipped with really everything we needed. Everything was very clean, even the BBQ grill was surprisingly clean.We will come back if available 👍🏼
