Beautiful Private Home and Patio

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in the heart of Jacksonville, NC. The brand new furniture, mattresses, and linens in this home were hand picked for comfort! The home features 3 beds, 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub, washer/dryer, full kitchen with everything you need to cook some home cooked meals, a coffee/tea bar, a fenced in back yard and patio with a wood burning fire pit, a HUGE television with enabled Roku, and electric fireplace.

This newly remodeled, brick, single story home offers 3 bed rooms with 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, a full bathroom with a shower and bath-tub combination, and has brand new furniture for our guests to use. The property sits on just under .5 acres with a fully fenced in back yard with a patio, wood burning fire pit, and patio furniture. There is a garage with plenty of space for a car, and the driveway can fit 2-3 more depending on the size of the vehicle. There is an on-site washer and dryer located in the garage with detergent and dryer sheets provided. The living room has a massive TV with RoKu and WiFi that sits on top of an electronic fire place and cabinet filled with board games and puzzles for family enjoyment. The home also has a highchair and a pack-n-play travel crib in case our guests bring small children (pack-n-play is located in the bedroom closet and requires simple assembly).

We have also provided some popcorn and multi-grain bars for snacking on as well as coffee, tea bags, and hot cocoa packets.

This single story brick home with a fully fenced in backyard and patio located in the heart of Jacksonville, NC. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with side walks and located close to Western Blvd where there is an abundance of places to eat and shop. The home is also conveniently located only 12 minutes from Camp Lejeune Marine Corps base and is the perfect layout for families visiting their Marines or Sailors. The home is also only 16 minutes from New River air station and 35-40 minutes from the beaches at Top Sail Island. There is also a detailed guest guide book located at the welcome table.

*This property does have a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Ring Camera over the driveway. Both devices are active and record both video and audio. There are no audio or video devices anywhere inside the home.*

It was a nice stay in a nice neighborhood. Very close to shopping and restaurants. Would have appreciated an ice maker, and more than 1 kitchen towel.

The house was well stocked with nice extras, like coffee and snacks. The layout was as expected, neighborhood was quiet and the location was great. I would book again to visit my son. Very convenient to Camp Lejeune.

Wonderful place!!

I highly recommended! This house is cute and comfortable with lots of nice extras/amenities like coffee, snacks, games, and even a highchair for littles. The yard was wonderful for my young kids, and the neighborhood is cute and quiet. We will hopefully get to stay here again in the future!

We traveled down to see our boys who are stationed at Camp Geiger. The home was so comfortable, quaint and well equipped. It was extremely clean and the beds and pillows were clouds of heaven! I can’t wait to go back down and stay here again. Highly recommend!!!!!

Super clean and cozy.

Great place to stay. Owner was very prompt at responding when we reached out. The neighborhood was quiet and very conveniently located close to the main strip with tons of retail shops, food options, and grocery stores. We ate out once each day and cooked at the house for the other two meals. Also very easy to get to the base of you were visiting military members while you are there.

The perfect stay

This house not only had everything we needed, but the location was great. Quiet and nice neighborhood! It was perfect for my kids and I and the house also provided games that we played as a family. The house owner was very attentive and making sure we had everything we needed. If I ever need a house in Jacksonville, I will definitely be using the same house!

Great property

My family and I stayed here over Easter weekend. We wanted a property that was close to Camp Geiger, where our Marine son is stationed, that we could make an easter dinner for him. This was the perfect place. It's in a quiet, safe neighborhood that was convenient to all our needs. The host was quick to respond to questions and provided everything we needed for a quick getaway. We'll definitely keep this property on list for future visits.

Wedding Bliss

My family and I had the opportunity to stay at the home and it was great. We really like the esthetics and it gave you a beachy vibe without all the sand. Thank you for the welcome snacks as that was a nice touch when we made it in at 6 am. We appreciated the awesome customer service provided throughout the entire trip. Perfect House

This little amazing gem in Jacksonville went beyond all my expectations! The host is so kind and gracious. They have really word hard in this beautiful little house to make sure you have a great time. Nothing missed. And if I could rate this more than 5 stars I would!! Also not to mention it’s less $$ than any crappy hotel in Jacksonville!! What a find!!

Visit for Granddaughter's 1st Birthday

My family visited Jacksonville for our granddaughter's 1st birthday. We are a Marine Corp family and appreciate the little details. This VRBO was all about the little details. Not only was the house immaculate, but it had items typically forgotten; toothbrushes, mouthwash, shampoo. Likewise, this property included an available garage; rare in a VRBO. I absolutely loved the clean, airy feeling of the home. Last but not least, the home had a high chair available. This convenience allowed my son and daughter-in-lay to enjoy a hands' free meal. My family will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area.

Exceeded Expectations

Let me start off with saying I am VERY picky when I comes to where I stay. Having said that I don't even know where to begin. From beginning to end Zack has been great with communication. When we arrived, the check in process was easy and I like the keypad idea so you have your own unique code with no actual key. The house was immaculate inside and out and had everything you could think of; dishes, utensils, silverware, pots and pans, even things you wouldn't normally think of but if needed like a can opener or vegetable peeler. The amenities that were available if needed like towels, toothpaste and toothbrushes (in case you forgot yours), WiFi, highchair, shampoo and conditioner, body wash etc. There was even coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc which was a nice little addition. I would most definitely stay here again and I've stayed in multiple VRBOs but this one just feels like HOME. Also, the mattresses and pillows make it seem like you're on cloud 9. Best sleep I've had in a while. Great job Zack! Can't wait to book again
