This newly constructed stand alone home is located in Coolidge Falls resort. Although located in the resort, the wooded view and surroundings gives this beautiful vacation home a feeling of seclusion.

On the entry level you will find a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. Additionally access to the large wrap around deck can be found on this level as well as the main kitchen, dining and living area with large flat-screen TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. Travel upstairs from the entry level to the primary bedroom suite complete with flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, balcony and full in-suite bath with jet tub. On the level below the entry are two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and access to an outside deck), a 3/4 bath, and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bottom most level of this spacious property offers a large open space and a full bath.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Awesome House

House has all you need (linens, full kitchen, etc). Only disappointment was there is no over flow parking lot so you are only allowed 2 parking spots for a 4 bedroom house.

Wedding weekend

Family friendly

Check in was well executed and very easy to check in. The unit was fabulous, clean, well stocked and located just minutes to the mountain by shuttle or driving your personal vehicle. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. I give this unit and management team 5-STARS.

Wedding at Loon Mountain

Hiking 2022

Every year all of my in siblings in law get together and hike. This house had room for all 4 couples and a bathroom as well….no sharing or waiting! This house was super clean and comfortable. It is set up with an open living plan so even cooking dinner we were all together but never crowded. The location is perfect…near lots of great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely rent this house again.

Hiking, Bicycling, & Brewery Trip

Very happy with our stay at this house. It's larger than it looks in the pics. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The location is beautiful and perfect if you plan to hike, bike, and/or visit breweries in the western Whites. There's probably other stuff to do but I have no clue. The folks at Loon were very helpful with all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Loon Mtn trip

Place was great overall, just a couple of things, lowest level had some insect visitors, like meal worms, also some flying pests. The house was very nice, well built, perfect for our party of 4 couples. Just needs to be clear bit better and the pests addressed. Also could use a pool table or Foosball, plenty of room on the lowest level

Beautiful Home… with a mosquito problem

We have stayed at this house before and just love it - it’s beautiful, with lots of decks, it’s comfortable and close to everything… However, on our latest stay, the house was FULL of mosquitoes, which made it so we could not relax in the house. We also found used towels in the washing machine, and high was kind of gross. Due to this, this will be our last stay here. Disappointing!

Nice vacation house!

My wife, myself and our two adult children spent a week at this property in August. The house is huge and we could have had twice as many of us stay over! The area is very quiet and we enjoyed our time together. Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher were great to have! Beds were very comfortable and the Central A/C kept us cool every night. The property managers were very easy to contact and were very accommodating. They were helpful before and during our stay. The location is great with easy access to downtown Lincoln and Woodstock and the shopping and restaurants. Also, very convenient to Loon Mountain and all it has to offer. Finally, you can jump right on the Kancamagus Highway and be in North Conway in 45 minutes with some great scenery! There were only a few issues that prevented me from giving the property 5 Stars: 1) the unit wasn't as clean as we would have liked when we arrived and we had to do some cleaning on our own. Nothing major, just a few handprints on windows, dirty coffee pot, hair in the bathroom and an unemptied trash can; 2) the entryway and the multiple decks had numerous cobwebs on them when we arrived which could have been easily removed, and were, with a broom or mop; 3) there are multiple tvs in the house, but only one connected to the cable; and 4) the furniture is a bit sparse and what is in the living room is not too comfortable. I would definitely give this property another try because everything I mentioned can be easily remedied and I know the property managers will take these comments to heart. Definitely recommend!!

The house was large and had comfortable beds. Central AC was nice. Check-in with Loon reservations was easy. The house has the basics, but that is it. The rooms are pretty sparse. The lower level could really benefit from some more furniture/TV to make it fun entertainment space. Extra linens in the closets were not clean, so bring anything you want past bathroom towels and sheets on the beds.

Fall in beautiful New Hampshire

Unable to use lockbox when we left so key was delivered to Loon Reservation Service.
