This newly constructed stand alone home is located in Coolidge Falls resort. Although located in the resort, the wooded view and surroundings gives this beautiful vacation home a feeling of seclusion.

On the entry level you will find a bedroom with queen size bed and a full bath just outside the door. Additionally access to the large wrap around deck can be found on this level as well as the main kitchen, dining and living area with large flat-screen TV/DVD and wood burning fireplace. Travel upstairs from the entry level to the primary bedroom suite complete with flat screen TV, wood burning fireplace, balcony and full in-suite bath with jet tub. On the level below the entry are two bedrooms (each with a queen bed and access to an outside deck), a 3/4 bath, and the laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The bottom most level of this spacious property offers a large open space and a full bath.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces. There is no overflow parking at Coolidge Falls.

It was good, a little large for us, we had 4. They should do something with the lower level, make a game room, a bar and TV, something. this giant room just sits there, 1 small couch, nothing else. Access to the pool and hot tub was Great.

The house was large and had comfortable beds. Central AC was nice. Check-in with Loon reservations was easy. The house has the basics, but that is it. The rooms are pretty sparse. The lower level could really benefit from some more furniture/TV to make it fun entertainment space. Extra linens in the closets were not clean, so bring anything you want past bathroom towels and sheets on the beds.

Hiking, Bicycling, & Brewery Trip

Very happy with our stay at this house. It's larger than it looks in the pics. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The location is beautiful and perfect if you plan to hike, bike, and/or visit breweries in the western Whites. There's probably other stuff to do but I have no clue. The folks at Loon were very helpful with all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home… with a mosquito problem

We have stayed at this house before and just love it - it’s beautiful, with lots of decks, it’s comfortable and close to everything… However, on our latest stay, the house was FULL of mosquitoes, which made it so we could not relax in the house. We also found used towels in the washing machine, and high was kind of gross. Due to this, this will be our last stay here. Disappointing!
